If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once you have recieved it, please either use the contact form or email us on email@example.com as soon as possible so we can try to resolve your issue.
Due to their nature all Bespoke orders are final and non returnable. If however, your print is not as ordered please get in touch and we will rectify any mistake made by us. Please ensure you check all information you input on our website when making your bespoke order is correct. A digital proof will be sent to the email address provided by you during checkout, or the email linked to your PayPal account if you pay via PayPal. Please check your proof has no errors before you approve it. If you cancel your bespoke order after we have worked on your proof we offer a partial refund (50% of the print & all of the postage).
We will process a refund on Readymade orders when the print is returned to us in saleable condition.
If your print arrives damaged, please email photographic proof with your order number in the subject field to
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your order again.
